BRAZILIAN PROEX FINANCING

Banco do Brasil provides, upon consultation, financing for registered Brazilian exporting companies, which is the case of Ferraz Máquinas e Engenharia Ltda.
Existing conditions today are the following:

- Payment term: Up to 60 months.
- Payment method: Semi-annual parcels, the first being after 6 (six) months of shipment.
- Values for financing:
For Terms of up to 02 years, 100% of the purchase value.
For Terms over 02 years, 85% of the purchase value.
- Interest rates: Libor rate + 0% (zero percent) at the fixed year.
- Guarantee: Letter of Credit or Bank Guarantee.

FINANCING EXIM - BNDES (Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento)

The BNDES (Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento) has, upon consultation, financing for registered Brazilian exporting companies, which is the case of Ferraz Máquinas e Engenharia Ltda.

- Payment term: Up to 07 years.
- Payment method: Semester parcels, the first being after 6 (six) months of shipment or advance payment, within the limit of 50% (fifty percent) of the export value.
- Values for financing: 100% of the purchase value.
- Interest rates applicable to the L / C: Libor Rate + BNDES Rate (variable 0.4%to 1.35% per year).
- Guarantee: Letter of Credit.
